Lose Our Age in Pounds

How about we start making goals to lose our weight based off our ages--if you're 24 you can do either a long short or mid range goal to lose 24lbs---or if losing weight isn't your thing--increase your endurance by your age--say an additional 24 minutes spent at the gym?
