Hello I'm a 30 year old woman that takes care of her great grandmother for a living so i have a very sedentary kind of life. I want to be healthier and happier verison of me. I'm already feeling better with just lower my portions and calorie intake, lost around 7lbs!!! ;0). I've been doing this (MFP) for about 3 weeks so i thought it was time to step up to the the plate and introduce myself. I need a support system other than my mom, please join me in this journey and i wish everyone the best with their goals!!!
