So I normally don't take pictures of things like this. But I was so awe struck by something I seen in the mirror the other day (a mirror different than my own). I realized that I have come a long way and wanted to share what a small investment in yourself can bring.
I decided to take some pictures, this is after eating a proper whole foods diet and strength training 3x week + cardio for 5 months straight.
Sorry for the crappy angles, bad lighting and the fact it's me, myself and I with a phone cam. But this one really sells to me the difference on the upper body. There were no collar bones, or curves to speak of on the first 3 pictures.
I've lost nearly 50 lbs to date.
Here is a picture from camping sometime later in 2010. The height of my weight.

I would take some full body shots, if I had someone here to handle a camera.
