Ab Workouts?

Can anyone recommend a good Ab Workout (maybe a DVD) that does not involve the standard abdominal crunch (you know....laying on your back, hands behind the head, blah blah blah, crunch crunch crunch)? I'm hoping that maybe there is something that I could do either standing up or sitting down. Thanks in advance guys!

Is it because of back problems? Because I know an amazing one, but it's part of a set, and its on the floor.0

Yes. I have a disc just below the base of my neck that I have had a lot of problems with in the past. I would like to avoid agitating it and the standard crunch seems put too much of a strain on it. I don't want to end up in another round of physical therapy.0

I do the P90X Ab Ripper video, it's great, you can find it on you tube. It's pretty tough though, I dont know if it'll bother your neck0
