I am trying to lose 12lbs this summer but I have a challenge. I am limited on exercising because I had foot surgery on 5/26/09.

Welcome :flowerforyou: This is a great site. I don't know what exercises you can do, but just remember to log everything you eat, and you can still lose weight slowly. That's what I had to do when I hurt my knee doing some workout videos and had to stop exercising. I still lost weight, but it was a lot slower than if I had been exercising.0
