Eating when Depressed

I feel silly relying on this, but I know I need help. I have been doing so well eating healthy and working out for the past week. Yes, I have had the occasional temptation, but I have held up surprisingly well. However, today I ran into an ex of mine and I realized that I am not over him yet...we broke up about 3 weeks ago. I felt really depressed and grabbed some DQ. I know...not the ideal thing to do :grumble: and I wish I didn't do it, but ice cream is my weakness. My problem is this- whenever I feel depressed, I have a bad habit of going to 'comfort' foods. Does anybody else have a problem with this? And could someone please give me some practical solutions of what to do if I ever get in this situation again in the future! Thanks!
