i havent touched my wii fit in forever. like over a year because i gave up basically. until december when i pretty much changed my life. anyways, i stepped on tonight for the first time and my BMI was in the normal range! i was overweight FOREVER! and it made me so happy to see that! i have lost 35 lbs since december. but seeing that i am now "normal" really made my night! i am now the same weight i was when i got married. and when i go home this weekend i plan to try on my wedding dress and see if it fits.

    thank you all so much for your encouraging words! i still have about ten lbs to go until my goal and this is really helping me to stay on track!
