Calculating Jillian Michaels workouts ???

Does anyone know how to calculate how many calories burned doing the Jillian Michaels body revolution workouts? They are not listed as a choice from the drop down menu. So far I have been alternating calisthenics and aerobics but I have no idea how accurate that is. I also saw on some members pages where they had entered calories burned for these workouts but I can't find a formulation for calculating them anywhere. Thanks
