before I goto bed I usually have some fruits to fill my diary quota and that curbs alot of my cravings. However in WORST case scenerio, i will have my chocolate protein shake which is healthy for me anyways and I always have some left over calories to fit a shake in

If you like apple pie, you'll really like this!

Remove the peel from an apple and cut into small slices/pieces and put it in a small bowl or coffee cup
    Add 1 packet artificial sugar
    .5 - 1 tbsp water
    Several shakes of cinnamon

Microwave for 1-2 minutes until apples are soft.

    SO GOOD.

Fruit (perhaps as a fruit salad)
A glass of milk with a few drops of vanilla essence
A single square of good chocolate
    Sugar-free jelly/jello

I have the same problem! My solution: DON'T KEEP ANY SWEETS IN THE HOUSE. When I truly want something sweet I will have to go to the grocery store to get it. Most of the time I'd rather live without it than leave the house at 10pm to go get a chocolate bar.
