HI All..

i need serious advice now.. i ve been running and eating right for past 2-1/2 months. and have lost some weight.. but now i need to push myself.. pl suggest what best i can do..
i do not have any gym workout as of now , as firstly it do not adjust in my schedule and secondly, i am to embarrassed to go there and work.

apart from Running, i am also trying to do 30DS . currently at L2.

Any suggestions will be welcomed.
