Hey dudes and dudettes, I have injured myself! waaah!
I have this ridiculous pain around my hip, bum going all the way down my right leg. I can't walk without limping and the pain is just stupid!
But my body has this craving to excersise and I just feel bad and odd if I don't excersise.
What should I do? just eat my calories or do I eat below but not too low. Or are their excersises that I can do without causeing me too much pain? not the bad pain the good pain lol

that sounds too bad to keep training on,
Your prob best to rest a couple of days and break back into it slowly,
better to be back in the game later than not at all if you know what I mean.
If that is not an option, and I believe in training around injuries if you can.
Try just upper body exercises at the gym that do not aggravate your injury. I knackered my knee one time and hobbled around like a good en, I was working in a gym at the time and just did machines and exercises that I sat down at.
If the pain still bothers you, chill a week.0
