Hi,
I am new to the program. I am currently stay at home mom with my 3 yr old. It is bit difficult to have stay at home lifestyle after having a busy life with work and studies etc. I have developed bad snacking habbits since I am at home. I would like to change my lifestyle and start daily exercise routine along with running errands. Looking for your motivation and suggestions as to how!!
