If you're up for 6 weeks of basic training in developing healthy habits, we want you!

We are a challenge group, totally focused on healthy living. We are not basing success on weight loss, but on succeeding at cumulative challenges each week!

Week 1: Water
Week 2: Water and eating healthy
Week 3: Water, eating healthy and exercise
Week 4: Water, eating healthy and exercise (more)
Week 5: Water, eating healthy, exercise, and more fruits and vegetables
Week 6: Water, eating healthy, exercise, more fruits and vegetables, and getting enough sleep
