New to the site

Hey out there!!! My name is Theresa. I'm new to this site. I've been a member of SparkPeople for years now and just trying to change it up. I've been on a rollercoaster with my weight. Up and down. I had a baby in January 2011 and although I'm below my pre-pregnancy weight, that is not good enough because with my height, I'm still considered obese. I'm hoping to get on track starting this month. I'm looking to make this a lifestyle change. I really need to work on getting more physical fitness in and being more mindful of the foods I eat. I used to drink tons of water, but when I became pregnant I cut back because I had to pee so much. LOL! Sorry for the TMI. Anyway, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things and hoping that a change of scenery will help me out.

Welcome to MFP. Good luck! I am new myself (a week in) and I think I'm going to like it. I hope you like it to. feel free to add me as a friend if you want.
