Hi, I’ve been using this app off and on for a few months after switching from another. My goal is to cut weight (fat) and then gain it back (muscle). I've been in the Military for almost 16 1/2 years and early in my career I was in to going to the gym, and then one day decided I wasn’t going to go anymore. I continue to stay in shape and have never had a problem exceeding the standard on my Physical Fitness tests, but over the years I have gotten lazier and let my weight go up and down. I have always maintained height and weight standards, but just don’t look the way I’d like to.
Recently I decided I was going to do something about not liking what I saw in the mirror, and started to make a change. It was not just for me, but for my family as well. I am a single dad with a 2 year old at home, and I figure as we both get older he will get faster and stronger, and if I don’t do something I will be struggling to keep up....can't have that!
Needless to say I was going back and forth with eating right and exercising regularly and started to fall back into my old habits.
Well, about 3-4 weeks ago I made I decided enough was enough, and have been doing well since then. I have been eating much cleaner and exercising daily.
I am waiting to get word on what will be done about a neck injury that has caused what the docs believe is a pinched nerve. Once I get a verdict I hope to start hitting the gym along with my regular cardio to put back the bulk and definition I had long ago.
According to the app (I don’t really keep track otherwise), I started using it in February, and posted a weight of 193. I know I shot back up to about 200 shortly after that, and that is where I was at the beginning of March when I started using the app again. Over the last week I've been weighing in around185-188. Not too terrible, now I wanna see some results!

It's not a race. Take your time and it will happen. Make a lifestyle change and you will never have to diet again. Good luck.0
