How can i stay focused and motivated...

Hi, are there any helpful tips on how to keep me focused and on the right track with my food intake, im always pretty good on a monday, not too bad on a tuesday and back to bad eating habits by wednesday until sunday, then restart again!! I really want to lose weight and be fit and healthy more than anything....

    Keep logging even when you mess up. Make your health you hobby. Never give up.

    When this will be true, you will do it. You have to remember that you have to choose what you really want instead of what you want now.
