I was doing great for about a month and a half, and then last week happened. I dont want to sound like i'm making excuses for it but i'm finding it hard to get up in the morning to get my work out!! between work, and school, and handling my "wifely duties" i guess i need some motivation!!!

Take it one choice at a time. Remember all those things that got you motivated in the first place and focus on one thing today. Add something tomorrow. You can do it!0

Please remember why you started all this in the first place. The time issue is a big problem for me, too, and I understand your pain. I just remind myself that if I think I don't have time then I view other things as more pressing - but what's more pressing than my health?
You are doing so well to even be here. Keep going.

Thank you guys!! i'm definately going by the gym after work today, i feel like i'm failing and if i keep that feeling there's no telling where i'll end up! I MUST KEEP GOING!
