recommend ladies runners

hey I need a decent pair of runners that will support my feet not squish my toes support my ankles and just be generally comfortable for all types of workouts e.g aerobics, tae bo, zumba and I am hoping to start trying to run soon too

i have small feet uk size 3 it can be hard to get good ones in the adult section lol

    Go to a good store and get fitted. it's worth it.

    I'm out in the country there's no decent store near me lol I was going to order online I hate buying shoes online though so I think I'll have to take a drive next chance I get always best to try them on I guess :-)

    It's worth the drive to get properly fitted. I've had good luck with Ryka. Right now I'm running in a pair of Saucony that are only OK. I'm only doing short runs of 10k or less so they're fine for now. Ryka is made for women and they have different models to accommodate different workouts. They are also not super expensive.
