New, 25 year old, smoker, work 8-5 at a desk job

Although I love my job - it is probably one of the biggest things holding me back. I have always been slightly overweight and now that I've hit this sedentary point in my life I can feel the extra pounds holding me down! I don't want that anymore!

I love sugar and salt which is probably my biggest downfall so I'm watching those as well as calories. I try my best to do Zumba on my PS3 on a regular basis. However, I do travel for work often which can put me off track. I smoke cigarettes, which I unfortunately love, and I'm not willing to quit until I lose 40-50lbs. I weigh about 227 right now. I also like to drink - not often - but when I do I try to have less sugary drinks and stick to rasberry vodka and selzer water.

If anyone is around my age, has similar habits, and/or works a sedentary job, message me! Maybe we can exchange easy lunch ideas and quick weekday dinner recipes.
