Concerned about Protein??

Okay, I keep noticing on my food tracking that I always go over on Protein but I'm always under on everything else. What is the deal with the protein, is it bad for me, is it going to hinder my weight loss, could someone please just give me a clue as to what I need to do about this protein issue...Thanks!!

I wouldn't worry about going over your protein intake. I would rather go over on my protein than go over on carbs. Here is a site on what protein does for you:

Unless you have kidney problems going over on protein is nothing to worry about, in fact it may help you lose weight as protein helps you feel full longer (MFP sets the ratios a bit low too).
I couldn't see your food diary but if your carbs are too low you may find yourself lacking energy and a bit moody
