Can we get a strength training before and after thread going

Expect soreness the day after the workouts and expect to live with it ..I saw changes by 4 to 6 weeks and still going strong for last 4 months.0

I started out 13 months ago at 287 lbs and i'm currently 204 lbs. In my opinion lifting weights is the equivalent of finding the fountain of youth.

Been on this journey for 34 months and have been strength training since the beginning. I could barely walk at 560 lbs. so my resistance training in the beginning was in the pool with therapy equipment such as wrist and ankle weights, webbed gloves, hydro weights. water dumbbells and barbells..... Once able I began weight room training and have been there ever since......
May 2009 @ 560 lbs.
March 2012 (This Past Weekend) @ 256 lbs.

I posted this yesterday....
So I normally don't take pictures of things like this. But I was so awe struck by something I seen in the mirror the other day (a mirror different than my own). I realized that I have come a long way and wanted to share what a small investment in yourself can bring.
I decided to take some pictures, this is after eating a proper whole foods diet and strength training 3x week + cardio for 5 months straight.
Sorry for the crappy angles, bad lighting and the fact it's me, myself and I with a phone cam. But this one really sells to me the difference on the upper body. There were no collar bones, or curves to speak of on the first 3 pictures.
I've lost nearly 50 lbs to date.
Here is a picture from camping sometime later in 2010. The height of my weight.

This one was taken sometime immediately before Thanksgiving '11 and really shows me the difference in my upper body. No curves or collarbones to be found..
