College sophomore, C25, and keto!

Hey, I'm Izzy and I'm a sophomore in college. I gained a lot of weight my freshman year and had yet to work it off...until now. I'm doing the Couch to 5K program and also following a semi-strict ketogenic diet and just trying to be healthier and happier in general. It's a little bit harder to eat well in college, but I'm hoping it gets easier as I go along. My ultimate goal is to lose about 40 pounds, hopefully by September...but as long as it's gone I don't really care too much about the date!
