Hello. In December 2010, I weighed about 430 lbs. I had tried so many different ways to loose wait, but just ended up feeling like a yoyo. Of course, I knew exactly what I needed to do to loose the weight, but when your that big depression tends to set in pretty quickly whenever you suffer even the smallest set back.
I am not sure how I motiviated myself to keep going, being tired of feeling lonely may have had a large part of it, but I am now 310 lbs. The bad part, for me anyway, is that I have been bouncing back and forth between 304 and 310 since Christmas.
That brings us to why I am here. I am actually not much of a talker, but I like to listen to other people's success stories and sometimes try to find some motivation from other's experiences. I am also hoping this site will help me be more diligent about tracking my exercise progress and food intact, which will hopefully keep me on track.
