Ready to change!

Hi! I'm new to MFP. I'm 27 years old and I have always struggled with my weight. I love to work out but need to change my diet too! I just had a baby and I think this was the motivation that I needed. Being pregnant, I felt it was so easy to eat right and take care of myself because I was doing it for my daughter. I only gained 21 lbs my whole pregnancy and now that my baby girl is 3 weeks old I'm happy to say I've already lost 19 lbs. I can't wait to get the all clear from my OB to start more intense workouts again!
