Spinach? Baby Spinach?

What is the difference between spinach and baby spinach? I am using a recipe that is on the back of a Philadelphia Cheese container (the savory garlic cooking sauce), and it calls for baby spinach. I accidentally grabbed regular spinach at the store. Can I substitute regular spinach for baby? Sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but I have never cooked with spinach before.

it will work just fine :)
Baby spinach is just that, the baby. The leaves are smaller and more tender. But if you are cooking with it there is no difference.
