What should I be looking for, or should I be waiting until I'm done trying lose the last few pounds. I started looking at some recently and it all makes my head spin. I read on here where a lot of you drink protein shakes but I don't know if it will be beneficial to me at this point. I am aiming to lower my bf% as much as possible and replace with muscle. Any advice is much appreciated:smile:

It would be beneficial to you if you have trouble meeting your protein requirements through whole foods. I go strictly on taste when buying protein powder

They are beneficial to anyone not getting hitting their appropriate protein goals for the day through regular food sources.

Some people look for different things but I have really liked the nutrients with the Optimum Nutrition line. They always fit within my macros and taste yummy! I avoid any with high sugar or carb counts (the one I am using now has 3 carbs and 1 sugar per scoop).

It can be alot of trial an error to find flavors you like so I suggest starting with smaller packets in the beginning. Good luck!
