    Absolutely! But you have to do all the work yourself. Be honest and count all of your calories and exercise!! Make healthy choices and before you know it you will be the fit person you want to be! Good luck!

    Sure does, I've lost 10 pounds since I started counting calories and exercising more. Watchin how many calories you have left really helps deter you from overeating. You really have to stick with it though, and log EVERYDAY!

    I would have to say that this site is what you make of it. If you give it your all and really do your research on what works best for your body, there's no reason you shouldn't have great success!

    It sure works better then any diet!

    The magical thing about this website is that it uses simple mathematics.
    If you eat less calories then you spend, you burn fat!

    By counting everything and not lying to yourself, anyone can achieve any target. Maths are on your side :)

    If you ever encounter a "plateau", don't give up, just old on a week or two and you'll start losing weight again.

    It will work if you are ready to change your life. I have found that becomeing healthy (not so much skinny) is a lifestyle change and only you know if you are ready. Once you set in your head you are ready this website can be the one to give you the tools you need to become successful.

    Just remember no matter what KEEP GOING and dont look back:happy:

    34 pounds lost by exercise and counting my calories here.

    Keeping it off by still counting my calories here and still exercsing.

    So yes, it works. But be scrupulous with your entries, even on the days you "slip".

    Take the time to learn about all the great features and use them.
    You will succeed if you work hard.

    Take it one day at a time
    Stay open minded to new ideas
    Take baby steps

    Find a group to be part of and check in with them every day.:bigsmile:

    Keep in mind that if you have only a few pounds to lose it will go slower for you than it has for someone like me who had a ton to lose.
