I'm realy struggling to work out how many calories to log for the flesh of a microwaved potato- 100g (skin discarded) the results in the database really vary and I have no idea, how or where to start counting?

It will be 100g uncooked.

I see an entry called 'No Skin Plain' that has a 100g potato @ 93 calories.
