Hey :)

Is there any fellow zumba-ers?

How often do you zumba and do you think it helps with shifting the lbs?

ooops just noticed a thread on zumba and don't know how to delete...

    I lost all my weight doing Zumba. I still do it but less often because I'm also doing the c25k to get ready for a 5k race in June, and now that hiking weather is here again I'm doing that as well. But whenever I can't get out to run or hike, Zumba is my go to exercise. It is so much fun! I actually miss it if I don't do it for too many days in a row. I don't think I've ever been able to say that about exercising before.

    I just posted this on another board...I LOVE Zumba! I take 1 hour classes Mon., Tues. and Thurs., plus a 90 min. master class once a month. I actually started working out for the cardio benefits and fun before I decided to take my weight in hand--the changes in my body (losing pounds and inches and toning muscles) from Zumba are what really inspired me to eat healthier and take off the pounds.
