I introduced myself on another thread but thought maybe I could meet some local for a run day. I am currently running about 3-4 times a week in the Dr's Inlet/Lakeside area. This Wed. Apr 4 the Florida Striders club is starting a running class at St Johns Country Day School. I plan on attending, a little nervous, but that won't stop me.

If you are in my area, let me know. I would love a running buddy for motivation. I am in my late 40's and doing a 13mile run up to 1.5miles, hope to increase .25miles every two runs.
