Working out time?

I'm a college freshman, and I just recently got a second job. I'm a full time student and now working two jobs, any free time is spent studying or doing homework. I'm not quite positive on what I ought to do to keep track of working out, or squeeze in running time. I have to keep on top of grocery lists to make sure my dad buys a myriad of fruits and vegetables, so that I have quick things to eat, from one place to the next.
Is my only option to get up even earlier before classes to work out? If so, I'm not sure what I can do that's high intensity and effective but quick...maybe I'm just asking a lot. Any help would be great
