Hello everyone!

I am starting over as of today. I was here over a year ago and had great success losing almost 45lbs. I suffered a injury herniating 2 cervical disk and spent many months in pain. I let myself go, fell into a state of depression filled with gluttony.

Today is a new day. The sun is shining and I am ready to put up a fight to get myself back. I will have to take some things slower then before, but that is ok...I just want to smile again, feel the sun on my face and have energy to get me through the day with out a sugar induce nap coma!!!

Cheers!!!
Lisa

I'll be right there with you! I took a fall last summer and got waaaay off track (gained 40 #'s that I had lost) due to pain and comfort food. Now it's time for both of us to get back on board the healthy wagon (or treadmill, cycle, weight machine).
    FR sent!

I am also trying to get back on track after some health issues over the past few years. I am looking for support, encouragement, and a small group of great people that I can support as well! :-)

I have been up and down in this weight loss journey for 15 years. Working now towards my last 7 - 8 pounds from a total 70 pound loss. Am a great cheerleader and love to encourage others. Please add me if you wish. Would love to get to know you.
