Newbie From North Augusta!

Woo! So here I am - I've already been going for a week and lost 6.6lbs though the water weight thing is messing with my head. LOL

I've decided to make the change not only for myself (to be healthier, look better, feel better) -- but I'm going to see my Dad for the first time in 2 years in July and I wanted to shed quite a bit (obviously not all of) my weight before I re-introduce myself. I've accomplished a lot of things in my life thusfar after a REALLY bad batch of life -- so next is the weight.

So far, so good!

I work out 6-7 days a week -- 30minutes on my stationary bike (daily) and sometimes I just jog a mile, or often times I do both!
