Pot Roasted Calories??

Does anyone know how many extra calories to add to vegetables cooked in a pot roast to account for the fat/meat drippings that get soaked up? I've tried to find something that separates it out and the closest I can find is that meat drippings are 113 calories/tbsp.... Does that sound about right?

"Pure" fats of any kind (oils and animal fats) are approximately 100-110calories per TBSP0

So I guess it would depend on how much the veggies absorbed.
Hmmmm, good question. Inquiring minds need to know.

yeah, that's what I'm wondering about is the absorption factor...I can't seem to find anything about it.0 -
If you are not adding any additional fat/oil and the fat you refer to is released from the meat as it cooks, wouldn't that already be accounted for in the calories you entered for the meat ???0
