When I started losing weight I weighed 154 lbs. and had a body fat percentage of 27.9%.
I now weigh 141 lbs. with a body fat percentage of 25%.
My goal body fat percentage is 20% and according to the calculator I have been using I should weigh 133 lbs. when I reach my goal body fat percentage.
Amount lost: 13lbs./2.9% body fat
Amount to go: 8lbs/5% body fat
Do those numbers make sense? I'm confused why the lbs to % ratio is so different.
(according to the calculator I have also lost 2lbs. of lean body mass)
I used the Military Body Fat Calculator and the Goal Weight Calculator at fat2fitradio..com.
