Hi there,
Tonight, i'm going to my weekly church bell ringing practice, we don't ring handbells but we ring the actual loud church bells, I was wondering how many cals this burnt in an hour, I have tried most calorie websites and was wondering whether any one knew :tongue:

    i don't have an answer for you. but it sparked a question i have always had...how many calories are in a church host...you know, the communion?
