Any recommendations on a good extra virgin olive oil based salad dressing?
Preferably one I could make up in a larger amount and save for a while? Looking to add some more healthy fats to the diet.
Thanks!

Honey Mustard Dressing
2/3 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp honey
2 cloves minced garlic
Optional 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
Shake it up and enjoy. I don't use the salt. It comes in at about 80 calories/ Tbsp, which is more than enough for a large salad.
Olive oil and good balsamic vinegar with a touch of maple syrup keeps well, too.
Olive oil, garlic and lemon juice to taste keeps, too.
In a kitchen store you can buy inexpensive bottles for dressing that have recipes printed on them. Caynes in Toronto has them. Hope this helps. We never buy dressings.0
