I fully admit, I have blown it badly with food over the last 24 hours, I can give excuses, emotional crap and otherwise, but they are still, just that excuses. It gets so ingrained in me to not worry and start over tomorrow, but I don't want to wait. It just feels like I have already wasted today and whats the point. Perhaps I just feel like beating myself up some more for another 10 hours, ha!

You can always get back on track. Don't worry about what you have done; you can't change the choices you've already made. Just focus on making good choices the rest of the day. Have a healthy dinner, and see if you can fit in some exercise, maybe a walk. If you can't, just try to get good rest tonight and start fresh in the morning.0
