Had a mini physical done today at work , my triglycerides are boderline high. I started MFP in Feb and thought I was eatting fairly healthly. What else can I do to bring them down?

They could already be down from where they were when you started. Get tested again in 6 months.0

I agree. I would add if you are a bit compulsive, like me, you may want to get re-tested after 2 or 3 months instead. It may not change much, but at least you'll have an idea of what direction you are going in and if there is actually a problem.0
