Does anyone know of any good DVD's that are not too strenous on the neck? I have the pilates DVD's but they require too much head/neck into the differnt types of workouts on your body. They mostly require you to lift your head which strains my neck too much. When I do them its back to the chiropractor I go! Any help is apperciated! I would like to go get some DVD'd tomorrow to get back on track so any info asap is def appreciated!! :

When I started having upper back problems, I went for Yoga Zone: Total Body Conditioning for Beginners. The first 20-minute workout has a lot of poses that relieves tension in the neck and focuses on improving posture. The second one is also easy on the neck, though more focused on the rest of the body.
It's pretty mild though, really for beginners but will keep you moving until your neck feels better.0
