Getting in more Calories

Anyone have any tips for getting more calories in for someone who doesnt really like to eat. I gained all my weight while breastfeeding because I was always so hungry. Now im back to how I used to be where I will only get hungry once a day. Im averaging about 600-800 calories a day! Obviously I need to boost that but its hard when I never feel like eating.

Sometimes you have to force yourself to eat. If you aren't hungry for a full meal eat snacks all day ... just make sure they are healthy snacks.
Peanut butter on celery or apple slices. Nuts. Cheese. Protein drinks etc. If you drink/eat low cal/fat versions of things switch to higher fat/cal versions.0 -
Why do you not want to eat? Wish I had this problem.0

Thanks, I will definitely try the snacking during the day.0 -
Have you ever been tested for allergies? I see you eat all processed foods, which may be why you don't feel so well. I find that I lose more weight the better I eat. The more fruits, veggies, beans, brown rice, quiona and other less processed foods keep me fuller longer and give me so much energy. Also, with packaged foods, you get a lot of sodium which will slow weight loss too.
I would try to incorporate some nuts which are high in calories and high in good fats. Avocados are great in a salad. Apples with some pb.

No havent been tested for any allergies. I do eat a lot of processed food because I rarely have time to cook with me working a pretty much 24/7 job these past few weeks so I tend to grab something I can just throw in the microwave. I love fruits but I can never find any good ones at our Grocery store which kind of sucks. They are always sour.0
