Coconut Vanilla Protein Shake

Hi guys, this is my first topic on MFP... generally, I prefer lurking but have found so many yummy things on here that after I made this, I had to give back. I have been trying out different protein shake recipes, and this is based off of the ideas from Dashing Dish that have been very popular here.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
10 ice cubes
1 scoop protein powder (I use Designer Whey in Vanilla)
1 tsp xanthan gum (this is what makes it so thick & creamy- I didn't buy it at first because it was kinda expensive, but it has lasted ages and makes all the difference)
3/4 cup Silk Pure Coconut Vanilla Milk
Blend & serve! This recipe makes enough for 2 people, and by my calculations each serving has 109 calories, 9g carbs, 3g fat & 13g of protein. Not bad, and it tastes JUST like a vanilla milkshake or soft-serve. You can barely taste the coconut, but it lends a nice flavour. My absolute favourite combo so far... I literally ran to my laptop after finishing it off to post about it. Yum.
