Hi- I am new to this group- I am planning a trip to St Thomas this June and have to really get in gear I have struggled to get serious about this lifestyle change since Jan- after last weeks trip to the doctor and seeing that I had put on two pounds and inches since Feb- I was disgusted- Since that week- I have forced myself to cut out the sodas- the candy- the junk- I am making drastic changes to the diet and adding those yucky veggies and cutting out the yummy cabs- I work 10 hours a day 4 days a week -I try to use my three off days to really workout hard- but I find myself struggling to go a full 60 min on the track-Looking forward to networking hearing success stories- those are the best motivators! Miss Me Jeans size 29- will be the first major accomplishment!
