    Cycling for 90-150 minutes most days, including a lot of hills, lol.
    It really is hard work, and I can feel it, believe me.
    I also got incredibly sweaty going on my stationary bike, not sure why as I always assumed that the stationary bike doesn't use that many calories or take much effort.

    i sweat just thinking about doing beachbody...I bought the P90X and have decided to just do the Power 90 until i`m a lot fitter..The pullups just kill me..

    Running, spin bike, and some of my workout DVD's.... so basically any workout I do! :tongue:
