CA Newbie/Returning To Get FIT

Hi All..... I decided to return to myfitnesspal. I downloaded the application on my phone April of 2011 and used it periodically just to check calories. Here we are a year later and WAY behind my fitness goals.


I hope it works out this time around and if you have any motivational tips or ideas that would be great. I work so much and with three kids and a husband I find it very hard to find time to fit in exercise and I'm always on the go, so any tips to eating healthy would be great. I tend to either not eat at all, or fast food so I can eat while driving to a meeting or on my way to work or a clients. Never do I sit down and have a meal!

This time around, I'm here to get some motivation, get my friends involved, and hopefully find some people to help motivate me. Already did my first p90x video (well since buying it ine June of last year and never doing it).
