Upping Calories

I realize this post is infinite but I couldn't find one for my question. My BMR is 2243. I do 20 minutes of cardio a day as well as 30-40 minutes of weight training. I eat all day and snack and drink tons of water. Should I be upping my intake? Even if I don't feel weak or malnourished? Or should I incorporate more calorie high foods such as almonds and bananas etc...
