I am just curious. I don't consume a lot and eat fairly clean, no bp issues or anything. It's just a number on my daily report and was wondering. I found the recommendations for me on fat, carbs, protein on here but not sodium.

Can anyone help a clueless newbie?

Thanks

The dietary guidelines suggest a maximum of 2300mg for people not at risk and 1500mg for at risk populations.

just make sure you look at the nutrition labels on all foods, especially processed ones, canned soups, etc. They are normally very high in sodium. Even some of your drinks have sodium in them. Good luck on your journey!

You can actually track you sugars and sodium if you would like. Go to My home. Settings. Then right there it says what do you wanna track or whatever it says and you can add sugars and sodium :)
