When I workout, I listen to pandora.com. I love it, b/c you can customize the style of music, yet you get a great variety. You should check it out...it's totally free!

I found a great 80's aerobics mix that has beefed up fast tempo versions of "Addicted To Love", and others. It is killer and really motivates. I'd gladly burn you copies and mail them to you (then you could rip them into your pc then xfer to your mp3) if you think you'd like that kind of music. Let me know!

i probably should have posted this at the top

for those who enjoy generic dance music

    motiontraxx.com

it has a fitness dj talking throughout his set, and tells you to increase your rate of perceived exertion, and the bpm increases, and gives you a timeline, and then slows you down...great for intervals

Completely depends on my mood. At times I have it on a country music XM station(80's-90's). Or I might be listening to a bit of Christian rock......Thousand Foot Krutch, Family Force Five, Hawk Nelson, Superchick, and The Contact to name a few. When I am on my recumbent stationary bike, I do read books, so no music at that time.
