Are you suppose to eat the extra carlories for exercise?

This is a topic of debate on this website
But because when you set up MFP, based on your goal (like 2lb per week for example) it already limits your calories. So technically you dont have to exercise and you should still lose weight if you stick to that. So MFP is designed that if you DO exercise, you should eat those calories back and still be at the same plan MFP designed for you. Some people don't eat them back so they lose faster, but be mindful if you do this. Its unhealthy if you're under 1200 calories, net total. That doesn't mean you eat a total of 1200 and exercise 200. and not eat it back. That would be a net of 1000.0
