After say 5-6 drinks of alcoholic beverages how many pounds you are bound to hike on your scale and how long does it take the get the bloat off of your system.
should I drink a lot of water?
cheers

Add the beverages to your diary (as snacks or part of a meal, whatever) and the calories will show; when you 'complete' your entries for the day it will tell you the impact ("If every day were like today you would weigh ____ 5 weeks from now").
Drinking water does help flush the system (in my opinion) but calories are calories, so you have to burn them up....exercise, sauna, eating less in the next several days, whatever.0 -
Yes it will cause temporary bloat - drink lots of water and eat things that help with water retention for a couple of days - lettuce, cucumber, celery, fruit. The bloat should only last a day or two.
Next time you are drinking - have a glass of ice water between alcoholic beverage - it will help a lot and you still will be able to have lots of fun!0
